At Valhalla Tactical, we stand by the quality of our gear and offer a 30-day return window for all unworn apparel in its original condition. If your equipment doesn't meet the standards of your mission, we are committed to making it right through a seamless exchange or refund process.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the tactical gear you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hangtags and labels are attached, and include the provided packing slip.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the prepaid shipping label sent to your email and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of your request.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our armory team inspects the returned items for quality assurance, we will process your refund or ship your replacement gear within 3-5 business days.
